Fictopedia+
A membership for people who read and build here a lot. It costs $10 per month, it renews until you stop it, and you can cancel at any time.
What membership includes today
- Ad-free reading. Article pages carry one first-party promotional banner. Members are not served it at all: it is left out of the page rather than hidden, so there is nothing to load and nothing to look past.
- Private universes. Everything on Fictopedia is public and openly editable by default. Members can turn a universe they own private, which takes it out of search, the homepage, Random Article, and the sitemap, and leaves it readable only by them and anyone they have added.
- A larger AI writing allowance. Everyone can have 3 articles written a day and 50 a month. Members get 20 a day and 200 a month instead. The allowance applies the moment membership starts and returns to the free one if membership ends.
- Universe images. Members can have an illustration made for any article, 5 a day and 40 a month, drawn from what the article and its universe already say. Anyone can see the pictures, signed in or not; making them is the members’ part. Each article has one illustration, and it stays after a membership ends.

The small print, in short
Payment is taken by our payment processor on their own page. Fictopedia never sees or stores your card details, and our database holds nothing about your payment beyond whether a membership is currently active and when the paid period ends. Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves your access running to the end of the period you have paid for. Making a universe private never deletes anything, and turning it public again never requires a membership.
